

Our full body circuits are suitable for all fitness levels and contains modifications to cater for participants whom have temporary mobility restrictions. You may do each exercise within the routine in your own time, and select and play the next demonstration when you're ready. Each circuit has 5-6 exercises. Once you have completed your chosen circuit (Starters, Moderate, Burner), rest, and repeat the full circuit again to maximise its benefits.

Our chair workout circuits are done from the comfort of your chair. Our circuits include seated exercises and chair-supported exercises. They are guaranteed to increase your heart rate! Select two exercises from each category (Upper body, Core, Lower body) and perform each movement for 45 seconds. Remember to repeat your chosen circuit three more times to maximise its benefits.
